NIB Nordic Components .223 upper complete. Asking $350

I have a new in box Nordic Components .223 18 inch upper complete with BCG and flash suppressor. I have had this for at least 12 years and yes it has dust on it. Sadly I will not be able to sell to WA state residents when the state Dictator signs the HB1240 as it has a threaded barrel

If you have a trade in mind please no serialized items that have to go through an FFL. I am always interested in .22LR match, 12 GA, 9mm, 6mm or .223 ammo or components.

Barrel profile is medium .741 dia. and the gas system is rifle length.
I don't believe it is a SS barrel but is a 223 Wylde NC 1/8 twist. Thank you for asking.
