Have one in electroless nickel. My Dad bought new in 1983. Serial number indicates 1982 mfg. Although it appears new in box with manuals etc, I am sure he fired it a few times when he got it. He has 2 additional matching colt clips that he bought with it. Also, I am in Massachusetts which couldn't be any farther away from you.
