Why? Ar-15's cost this! People here have just been taking advantage of some non-existent scare!
Why should a 2grand Ar become the new normal? People are selling M&P sport now for 1500. Really?
Universal BG check is looking good right about now. If we all have to go thru the annoyance, no one is going to
go thru that trouble for 2 grand second hand, possibly mistreated piss ants M&P sport.
Dealers usually have guns cheaper. The problem is going thru a dealer can be a hassle, so bring on the law so people can calm down
around here or just keep their guns, instead of trying to scam their fellow gun owners. Oh I apologize, it's capitalism! I totally forgot about that.

From a reputable dealer, that's what they are selling for. Even when things got the most stupid, I was still ordering, and receiving, very desirable firearms at pre-panic prices, when others were asking 2x's or more for them. Those dealers, will forever have my business. Now buy it second hand, and you'll pay through the nose....

I saw Keiths selling DPMS for $799 when the panic began. He ran out though. Good to see in stock gear for a good price. Thanks for sharing this.

Quick Update - I purchased one last night and called this morning. Looks like they still have some in stock if anyone is interested.

New to AR's question. Can you use .223 ammo also or only 5.56 NATO.

If your AR is chambered for 5.56 you can use .223, but if it is specifically chambered for .223 then it would not be a good idea. Your gun could maybe handle it but it was not designed for it. At least that is what I've been told and read. Seems most modern AR platforms are chambered for both though... :gun13:
