Hi all,
Father of 2, whole family is into firearms and my 13 year old son and I have been looking into the AR 15 market for a while now. We saved up 600 dollars so far and have been searching want ads for that perfect rifle for us to pick up. I didn't want to just drop a couple grand on a brand new setup so my son can learn a bit about money management and respecting the fact that "new" isn't always "better".
that is what led us here. I so far have enjoyed reading and figured it was time to make an account. So, just wanted to stop in and say hello. I will probably lurk a lot more then talk until I purchase my first AR. We have other firearms, WW2 through to Current Glock stock but really our interest is really peaking in the AR family.
Anyway off to scour the market place. Hope to be a pretty good contributing member of the board.
