New Member in Oregon

I am a new member in Oregon. I joined this forum to get some information. I am only a novice when it comes to firearms. A few years ago I inherited a WW II Japanese rifle from my dad, and it is without a stock. I am wondering if there is any interest in this type of relic, and if so, what may be the value of it. I would like to either sell it or get rid of it, but if there is any interest in this, I would like to communicate with whoever is interested. I am attaching some pictures of what I have.
