Hi all,
I've been attending gun shows since I was six or seven years old - now in my late 50's - finding an early personal interest in firearms, like my father. In addition to the respect and training I was taught around firearms as a child, the respect for each other within the community always stood out as one of the strongest reasons everyone came together as what seemed like a second family. People gathered for a similar purpose but also formed friendships that would last a lifetime.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, so when a friend mentioned that this forum was full of both current and historical information I might enjoy, I jumped online and signed up. While I'm still a longtime fan of local gun shows, I do travel occasionally to see how it's done in other communities, cities, and states.
Good to be here... and see you online!
