Recently retired and splitting time between New Orleans and Hendersonville, N.C.. Not mountains like in the NW, but nestled in the trees at 3000 feet. Relatively new to shooting, really getting into long-range precision shooting, though handguns are also of interest. Looking forward to membership in a community that champions open, mature, responsible discussions around what has become an unjustifiably (imho) divisive battle between pro and anti-gun advocates that is driven chiefly by ignorance and irrational fear.
