New Guy and just joined

Hello everyone,
Just joined up! My collection's got a Ruger Redhawk 44 Mag, Scout Rifle, 77 in 7mm, older Red Label 12 gauge, Bearcat (stashed away for grandkids), Security Six 357, and a couple 22s - 77/22 and 10/22.

How do you like the scout rifle? Im really intrigued by the idea and I want one but im not sure what caliber. I reload, so it would be fun to get into something new or kind of unique.

D you run a sling on it and if so which one? What optic if any?

Love my Scout! I'm running a 7-8 Creedmoor, great caliber for reloading and pretty versatile. I use a Black Diamond K9 strap sling, super comfy and gets the gun in a good position. Optic-wise, I've got a Nightforce NX8 2.5-20x50mm, it's a beast.
