Made by New Frontier These upper receivers retail for over $200 alone this comes with a unknown brand Nickle coated Bolt carrier group and .223 Wyle Barrel 1/9 twist parked barrel. comes with free floating rail I have a few Picatinny attachments to go with it. Will that attach to a Picatinny rail?

Not directly, there is a AD-TR mini mount that would be needed to attach it to a rail. I have it with an ACOG that it mounts to the optic.
