Seconds if it comes with barrel nut

Seller failed to include hardware - making the handguard pretty useless. Going to leave negative feedback in 24 hours if they don't reply to my (multiple) PMs and make this right.

Hardware was in the box in a bag. There was 1 screw in the the rail to hold the barrel nut into rail. The screws can easily be purchased at a screw store for less than 50 cents if they were thrown away.
