Not 100% sure being I do not have a 5.25 I could test it out with but I did try my 4.5 Xdm and it did have a lil more slide room in the holster, can take a pic so u can see if u like.
 
I no longer have the bag it was in so no. Looking at this pic I think it will fit. 4004220_05_new_blade_tech_eclipse_owb_xd__640.jpg
