I picked up one of the newer stevens favorite .22 rifle. My grandson will get it when he is mature enough,
Anyway, The rifle came with a hardwood stock. I'd like to have a nice walnut stock made for it. Probably a pretty simple job for a stock or wood carver.

custom stock carving is pretty dang labor intensive, Im just getting into it after doing 20 or so pistol grips, and the words pretty simple and fitting a hand made stock just don't go together.
If I was further along in the craft I would send ya a msg though, it is a very satisfying hobby.
