What wood and make is the stock? Is it an "original" that has been reworked, or a commercial make? I'm guessing commercial due to the Monte Carlo cheek comb... The question isn't as dumb as it sounds, I have a Mauser that was heavily gun-smithed in the 50's with a stock that is almost unrecognisable. How's the bore?
Interesting rifle, I have an all-original Faz '48 #4.. good shooters

The stock was a high end from Herters...the bore is perfect as it was never used in the war..as I stated it was new when given to me.
