Cut the cable and went with Sling TV with FS1 in November. Was surprised that last Sundays race at the LA Coliseum wasn't broadcast live on FS1. The race is available for recording the following morning at 1am but you could watch professional bowling all afternoon! Anyone else seeing this with FS1 or Sling? Was it blocked out on the west coast? Sling says it has nothing to do with them and everything to do with FS1. Anyone else see the race live on FS1? Superseded by the Olympics?

We LONG ago dropped cable, know nothing about the two mentioned but all of it works the same way. Someone has to pay. Cable was normally full of "stuff" no one wanted, they were forced to include. For the things people did want it cost them. So now streaming is a LARGE market. I do like how its more a la carte though. You can pick and choose what you want to pay for. Some you can pay less if you want to watch commercials. Others you can pay more and see none or record and skip. So if NASCAR is important I would suspect some provider will have most if not all of it for offer. As long as you have a good broadband connection you can pick and choose what you want to see but, they do have to be able to make buck somehow.
