I'm not sure I am understanding your question. Are you wanting a permanently attached flash hider on the barrel?

I want a mp5 rifle that has a pin and welded barrel that makes it a total length of 16 inches since I'm under 21 I can't buy pistols and I really want to sbr one.

Hmmm........I'm not sure I have ever seen a pinned and welded barrel on that platform. Century Arms is currently importing the AP5-L, but it is a standard 16.5" barrel, not pinned and welded. That barrel could be cut to SBR size and re-threaded, but you would lose the tri-lug feature.

Sorry I'm not more help on this one. I own several MP-5 and HK-33 SBR's, but I have never run across what you are looking for.

An MP5 clone or not is a PISTOL, not a rifle. As a pistol it does not require pin and welding. There is no barrel length requirement

The tri-lug is a quick attach mount for a suppressor or flash hider. It is pretty much a standard feature on all MP-5 type firearms.

You can buy adapters that are 1/2 x 28 thread, so if you went the AP5-L route and cut the barrel, you can have it re-threaded for an adapter.

This is the one PSA was close in out a month or so ago. For 800$ MSRP is 1700$ they are sold out due to the fact they were on sale 800$ go quick at that price.
