Are the words under my username ineligible? I'd expect a "staff member" to know better.

As far as distance, I don't care. I'll likely mail it off to someone to do, but would like to give a local 'smith a chance first.

For legality, you can "think" or you can prove. I've seen nothing about it being illegal.

This is one of very few references I can find to one being done. Being there's articles dated after this one, it doesn't seem like he's in jail yet. Custom Mossberg 590 SHOCKWAVE build

ETA: The Henry Axe uses screw in chokes.
