Not to split hairs, but the Mossberg website shows the Marine shotgun to be stainless finish with bead sight and a buttstock AND pistol grip. The Mariner is in black with ghost ring sights and a buttstock. What configuration is yours?

The finish is "Marinecote" not stainless. I will have to look at it for sight configuration. I did have the pistol grip but haven't seen it for years. I bought this shotgun in Redding CA in 2002.
