$10.00 for the background fee, and $40.00 for the exchange fee, total of fifty. That is from a gun shop in Milwaukie OR. I'm willing to meet anyone at a gun shop that has, a lower or, no exchange fee.

So that is the transfer fee? I had not heard them called exchange fees but still the same. Pretty pricey...you should be able to find lower ones pretty easily.
