Can anyone tell me the difference between the 590 and the 590A1. It appears that the 590A1 is slightly more expense when configured the same way

590 has a bayo lug, 500 doesn't. 590 has ghost rings and afaik, 500 doesn't. 590 is parkered, 500 is blue (again, afaik). 590 has thumb safety and i'm not sure where the 500 is...

but the diff. between the 590 and 590 A1 is the heavier bbl, steel safe/trig.group, that i do know.

A couple of corrections on the above posts:

- 590A1 trigger packs are aluminum, not steel.
- Not all 590's have a bayonet lug, only the 9 shot versions do.
