Mosin Nagant (91/30, M38... anything!)

I would really like to pick up a Mosin Nagant this week. Local only. The gun is cheap as it is, and I dont want to ruin that with shipping+tax+ffl fees. I am willing to travel between Bellingham and Seattle, but I don't want to venture too far off of I-5.

I would rather get an M38, but might be open to other models if the price/condition is right. I'll take some ammo if you have it too.
