I bought it as a pistol it's not an SBR technically but because of the law it's considering an SBR.

You can sell without the brace for it to be still considered pistol otherwise buyer will need to file a form 4 and wait atleast a year for it which i think most wont do it

But also, did you register it on the free form1 and got approved? Cause if you did, then technically its an sbr with or without the brace and you will need to have your buyer file a form 4.

If you are worried for some unknown reason then simply slide the brace off and like magic its still the same pistol...know real rules and real laws and you will make it....glws

Yeah, agree on this... he really need to remove the brace though before bringing to ffl cause most ffl wont do the transfer...

They atf has no idea if your pistol has a brace or not. Any ffl so tight wadded I would avoid. There is no pictures or descriptions when transferring a pistol or rifle.
