Not a suppressor question but what would you do if you bought a suppressor and it was supposed to come with a carring case, but when you open it no carrying case. When you ask the store about it, they simply tell you it didn't come with one.

Kinda pissed as this can was $3300

That's a lot of dough to spend only to feel disappointed.

I spent a lot less on an AR-15 that was supposed to come with a carrying case but didn't. The store (Cabela's) managed to find one to give me, even though it wasn't the one that was supposed to come with the rifle. In your particular case, you pointed the shortcoming out to the store, and they don't appear interested in helping you. I might let them know they are missing out on any future business, or I might just not do any future business with them and leave it at that.

You spend that kind of money on a suppressor (or anything else), it was supposed to come with a carrying case, they should get you a carrying case even if they have to buy one to do it.

One time I bought a Ruger Standard Model .22 pistol from Cabela's, the tag said, "with holster." They couldn't find the holster. So they went back into the locked room and when they came out, they had a real P.08 Luger holster for me, it was the closest fit they could rustle up.

Contact the manufacturer and ask if it's supposed to come with it
Searched on the web, some places give good description on what comes with it, matter of fact they do come with one, even on the manufactures website says it.

Just sent them an email, guess ill have to wait til monday:mad:

Depends if it was a super duper case, a nice case, or just a super duper cheesy $1 promo bag, as towards how I would escalate. Escalation being contacting the company, doing so as needs be. ie customer service, manager, etc etc

Hardly a comparison but when I recently bought my RIA 1911 I was a bit bummed to see when they opened the box it was NOT in a hard plastic case, but in a soft, Cordura style bag.

Ok for shipping but but not much else.

I had the same reaction but was more disappointed there was only one magazine. Hey, I want a lot for my $399.99. :D

Oddly enough, I have grown to like that Codura style bag. Maybe because I have a bunch of plastic boxes already.

I realized later my RIA 10mm pistol was advertised with just one magazine, or I would have similar feelings as the OP. I still think it was a heckuva deal.

Is that a typo? $3300. WTF?!

I think some of mine came with cases but can't recall. They always live on some gun or another. If it came with a case I would have stored it cuz the only time it would ever be used is if I sold the suppressor.

What would I do? Probably nothing. The case isn't why I would have bought the item and would eventually just become more clutter anyway. An email to the company of origin sounds in line.

I don't know enough about the case to say for sure that I would want it, but I can say with 100% certainty that if I was supposed to get it and I paid for it I would be beyond PO'd if the store stole it before I picked up my suppressor!!
