Mini 14

I was looking at a mini 14 that was a painted stainless with synthetic stock. It didn't look abused but definitely had some rounds down the pipe. Had standard sites and a flash suppressor. The guy is asking 550 and i don't know if he's negotiable, but i also don't know what a fair price is for the gun. Can anyone help me out with a ball park valuation?? thanks in advance

I usually pay about $300 for used mini-14s.

I have several.

The most I have paid was $450 for a stainless GB model.

If it's worth $550 to you then go for it.

Sorry, but I enjoy the ridicule I get for my Mini-14 collection.

It takes patience to get the best prices.
I see people selling Minis for the same price as new ones all the time. I guess sometimes people pay that much for them.

The ones I see at the gun show for $550 are there every month. Nobody buys them.

I bought mine new in Oly for 6an some change out the door blue, with the folding collapsible stock, rails ect. If that helps.
