I've owned it about 5 years and have never shot it once, it actually looks like it has never been fired, come with strap and includes 10 boxes (200 Rd's) of New Hornady LEVERevolution 450 Marlin 325 gr Evolution Ammo, has the JM stamp on 18.5" barrel, ported barrel and includes a case.
