Marlin 1894 .357/.38 “JM”

Hello,
I have a Marlin 1894 lever action rifle in .357/.38. It is "JM" stamped. Based on my research into the serial number, this rifle was manufactured in the early 1980s.

I know these are in the Unicorn category which is why the price is so high. I paid a lot for it myself. I just got a Henry X in .357 and decided I don't need both.

I have an FFL near me that is doing 3 day releases if you have a CCW permit.

I am open to hearing trade offers but don't have too many interests.

I am looking for:
S&W TRR8
Benelli 1014
With cash on your end or mine to make it a fair deal.

Does it have a cross-bolt safety? They started in 1983.
