This is a Standard Model, handcrafted in Italy by ArmiSport for Jim Buchanan of J.B. Custom in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

It is almost identical (this one is legal) to the customized Winchester 1892 used by Steve McQueen in the TV series ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’. It’s chambered in .44-40.

    Included is:
A leather Gun Bucket Holster, (suitable mostly for display purposes)
    The Original Box
    A Parts Schematic sheet
    The original Bill of Sale
A copy (as provided by J.B. Customs) of a signed letter from the ATF verifying that this ‘pistol’ is not subject to the provisions of the NFA. In other words: No $ 200.00 Tax Stamp is required!

I spoke to Jim several times before buying this firearm. He assured me that he ‘hand-picked’ this gun and that the wood, the fit and the finish would be the best he had available. I was not disappointed. It is superb, and the pictures do not do it justice. It has been fired exactly 50 times and is in the same beautiful condition as when purchased in August of last year.

My reason for selling this beautiful piece is simple. I have had an enormous amount of pleasure showing off this rare and unique gun to lots of people over the last year, and it’s time to ‘move on’.
