Mailing a Crimson Trace grip laser

SO I got a buyer for my LG 446 grip laser. Buyer is in Minnesota and he brought up an ffl.

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't believe any state requires a Crimson Trace to be sent to an ffl. I mean I got the one I'm selling him on ebay.

Cant seem to find anything to answer my question on Google. Any help is appreciated

For future reference, you don't need an FFL for a laser, it's just an accessory, not a firearm. But, there are some places you can't ship them - pretty much your typical nanny-state locations:

• Washington DC
• Chicago
• Maryland
• New York City
