Adds 1913 pic rail to the top of the barrel to mount an optic. Allows optic to hold zero after taking down the rifle.
There is a small amount of wear on the front of the mount due to having to make space to leave the Skinner sights that were installed, bit otherwise in very good shape.
You can see the wear marks in the pictures.
