PACNOR super match 8.5 twist barrel showed up so time to get to it.
Lots of fiddling with the ol large ring FN 98 to get 300PRC to fit and feed from AICS mags.
Converting chunk of billet to AR style chassis (uses AR stock/handguard/grip).

Finally got to try the action screws, so tight one has to tap the screw heads to pop it out.
Mainly on the tang to rear screw. Nothing binds or gets tight so I think it's good to go.
Running it thru the vibratory polisher to deburr and smooth out the lines.
Seems to weight less that the last chassis stocks.

Ran thru the deburr machine several time and printed a grip that fits the chassis perfectly.
The texture on the grip was a new modeling process learned along with trying some PETG-CF which went really well.

Cerakoted the chassis and handguard.
Trigger is back in after some fiddling. I had it feeding but all the sudden it was tucking rounds under the bolt. The 300WM lips where a little long so I "massaged" them , trimming and a little bending. Seems to load the dummy just fine but I'm lacking more dummies to run a mag tru.

First test rounds, 2nd round the seer didn't hold  good thing it was in a tripod shouldered and 10yd to a big dirt bank.
I think grandpa Jim had it a little too light on the seer engagement and really damn light trigger pull. Tightened up the trigger pull and came up on the seer engagement.

Bolt drop BOOM wasn't on my morning plans.

Oops, I may "know" someone who had a similar occurrence inside their new house! Glad no one was hurt. Looks like a fun project to use several skills on.
