Out of curiosity, how does he tune them to be better??

I think the beam knife edges get touched up,. Agate and bases polished, and gets them to weigh true. Not sure what else.

Who is the he that tunes them. I have both the RCBS and the Ohaus versions of this scale. Great scales The RCBS is 40 years old and might benefit from a tuneup.
