Lower Elevation target practice

I don't mind the cold, but snow is another story.

Any recommendations for lower level outdoor shooting areas? Usually go up Wildcat Mtn either side of Estacada. The elevations we usually go to are covered in snow.

I have a KIA Sorento AWD that does fairly good, but not looking to go there. Any other potential areas are prohibited.

Need lower elevations around Estacada, Welches, Silverton, etc. Anywhere off I-84?

If I lived around there, I would be a member at Douglas Ridge Rifle Club or Estacada Rod and Gun Club. I live two hours away and shoot at the clubs in that area nearly 10x a year.
