The house & shop need a new roof and gutters. I can probably only afford to do the house right now depending on price.

The house:
Currently 2 layers of comp.
Single story, 4/12 pitch, two valleys, three straight gable ends, a porch roof and a shed roof over the side door. House is 1550sq.ft.

The shop:
Currently has 3 layers of comp.
Single story, 4/12 pitch, straight gable roof
