Looking for a 9mm ar upper

Hi I'm building out an ar pistol and the last thing left is at upper.

Looking for a nice complete 9mm upper, bonus if it has YHM or other quadrails. Looking for 7 inch ish, 10 max.

This is what i want but with carbine lenght (7 inch) YHM rail instead and a spector lowprofile gas block)

Prefer flat top with no front site.

Trade for something?

If you just have parts sitting around I could go for that too but would prefer not to have to scrounge parts to put it together.
