Longtime lurker, first time poster

Been lurking round these parts for the last 14 or so years, I tend to be a bit of a wallflower both online and in the meatspace. Made an account ~3 years ago for a classified.
Got a fistful of friends who are also into firearms, thinking it's probably a good idea to expand into a broader community.

I was 'that kid' who was fascinated by firearms, being able to draw and identify most of the WW2 -> Modern mainstays by the time I was 10. Parents weren't into it so I mostly got my kicks through videogames, airsoft, and paintball.
