This is a beautiful reproduction of the original Gen.1 with some subtle improvements.The slick dust cover and "pebble" pattern grip texture give an austere look that is unmistakably Glock. Engineers opted to update the thin "pencil" barrel with the now standard thicker walled version along with a few other internal improvements. All of this has been expertly executed in a well deserved homage to the one that revolutionized an industry.
With collectors driving up prices of a nice original Gen.1, this is a perfect way to scratch that "Retro" itch without a second mortgage.
