This scope came on a rifle I just got and I don't shoot in MOA. It is in very very good shape with only 1 or 2 tiny marks and the faintest of ring marks on the tube and the glass is perfect. It has the windplex reticle and obviously the capped target turrets and side parallax adjustment.
The previous owner drilled and tapped the elevation turret for a quasi zero stop and the work is very clean and appears very effective.
I do not have the butler creek caps or the box for the scope but do have a neoprene leupold cover for it.
The pictured vortex viper 30mm split rings can go with it or I have a set of 30mm medium talley 1 pieces for a Rem 700 if that fits your needs better.
