I was at a swap meet and this guy was selling some cool looking machine gun ammo (Used just shells but attached) . I purchased it and all these people liked them and started to offer me money for them. Are they good?

As a display item yes.

In my experience brass that has been fired in a machine gun tends to be stretched quite a bit and require a lot of effort to resize. Cold working the brass makes it brittle and a lot of cases develop neck or shoulder cracks upon sizing. I won't buy any more.
