I've got a frame. I looked and looked for a ruck but could only find them minus the frame, so I found a frame and now I can't find the ruck.

I would prefer one with the sustainment pouches too

Not sure if they have what you are talking about, but check TACTICAL TAILOR Quality Tactical Gear for Military and Law Enforcement they are in Lakewood WA. If you come North they do have a good showroom and you can hold and touch everything, and make sure things fit your frame.
