The fact that you can be acquitted of all charges in a criminal court but still be sued in civil court for the act of defending yourself is absolutely insane.

He can BUT, I doubt any legal firm is going to be willing to take the case unless he comes up with the cash. I can sue any name in the phone book if I wish if I want to pay to do it. That is the catch. Lefty is not hiring the law firm going after Kyle. Someone else is putting up the money.
