I am helping a young man putting his first rifle together for deer season next month and what appears to be the best match for the .243 Mossberg he picked out is a scope that was part of a package with a few varmint models a year or so ago. Specifically it is a Nikko Stirling GameKing 4-16x44 Mil-Dot Scope, with the Kryptek finish. I found one on eBay, but I alway prefer to keep purchases local and put cash or a trade in someone's hands nearby.
