This is a complete lower. It is the mil-spec version of the KP-15 from KE Arms. New in the box. Throw an upper on and go! Cool lower I had plans for but life circumstances dictate otherwise.

Buyer pays transfer fee. Transfer at whatever FFL the buyer wants in the Eug/Spfld area. I could potentially travel a little ways if you aren't in a hurry and can wait until I have time.
