Also includes a Kowa stay on cover.

Scope body + 20-60x zoom eyepiece + lens caps weight = 2 pounds, 14 ounces.

With stay on cover weight = 3 pounds, 4 ounces.

I cannot think of another ~65mm spotting scope with 60x capability, high resolution, and that also weighs less than three pounds. Except for the Swarovski STS/ATS, which is considerably more money.

No. The scope body determines whether it is straight or angled. The "4" in 664 means that it is straight. You would want a 663 scope body. The "3" designates an angled scope.
