Not sure what you mean by meeting 114 requirements. Nothing is official till the 16th. If 114 is officially inked as valid on the 16th then you'll probably never sell this gun in Oregon and you'll need to sell it to somebody out of state and ship it to their FFL to complete the transfer. Hope you don't end up with a safe queen or fancy paper weight. GLWS

Thanks, I meant that if I sell it within the next 7 days (prior to the 16th) that this gun meets the magazine requirement (holds less than 10 rounds). Hopeful to sell it prior to the 16th to someone who is looking to buy before a permit is required and still have a gun they can carry without needing to purchase a different mag.
