Never carried or used pistol with the grips. Went Hogue to fit my hands.

I believe these require moving your top grip panel screw insert up into a different hole. This comes with grips, alignment tool and swab for cleaning with documentation etc. please do diligence and make sure they will work. Not refunding or accepting a return if your pistol isn't equipped. I'll take measurements etc if you are serious to help with verification remotely.
I cannot say if these work on a micro 380. Not a Kimber expert.
