That is a K6s grip on yours. I'm very familiar with the K6s. The K6xs grip is pointed at the bottom. Did you, or the previous owner, swap it out? Do you have the original grip?
I agree with you that the K6xs are excellent revolvers, but I' disagree that's it's the only one worth owning. The K6s in it's various configurations are great revolvers too. I've enjoyed mine.
