Damn! I had a Sub-2000 a few years back. They have REALLY changed up the look! Glad to see the Mattel sights are gone. How do you adjust the new ones for windage?

No, but I will have a G19 model arrive Friday that works with the California mags too. It will be posted under the Supporting Vendors Classifieds with all the other goodness that is coming in this week.

I personally have both models and one of each Glock 9MMs, it is nice to be able to use the 10, 15, 17, 33 and Korean drums (whatever you happen to be carrying at the time), not to mention the 22 and 31 round clear mags that sell for far less than the Magpuls to keep shooting. 16" of barrel does amazing things for 9MM.

Will the shorter Glock 19 mags work in it?

If you want compatibility with a Glock 19 mag, you can either get the G19 version OR... It is polymer, so you can cut the G17 version and make the hand-grip a bit shorter so a G19 mag would fit. Personally, I often like the 30 mags in a Sub2k, so no need for a G19 version, plus, in my opinion, the G19 version is just a little shorter on finger space than I'd prefer (a G19 fits nicely in my hand, but a Sub2k made G19 mags, feels a little short, but than again, that was with a Gen 1 Sub2k, so maybe the Gen2 is better in that regard... Haven't tried it.)
