How do you keep and carrying paperwork.

Do you take copies with you and keep originals in the safe?
Do you laminate the copies?
Simple closed folder?

I have pdf's in my email, but at the store someone was talking about keeping paper copies.

thoughts?
 
Back when I had some NFA was long before the net so just kept originals locked up. Took copies with us when we went to shoot in case asked. Now with digital I will just keep a digital copy when we start buying again.
 
If anyone asks, I just have them walk down the lane to scan my custom tax stamp targets... :confused:

Just kidding... digital copies on hand and hard copies in firearm case. :D

Binder at home. It has approved forms and trust documents.

Access to digital copies stored on mobile device.

I do not carry physical copies anymore. If they send me an electronic form that's what I'll supply if ever asked by proper authorities.
