For sale is a complete factory built 20" KE Arms CDR 5.56 What Would Stoner Do upper receiver. Has a special request 20" pinned Pencil Barrel from Ballistic Advantage with a 1/7 twist and rifle length gas, Young Manufacturing BCG, and Breek Arms Warhammer ambidextrous charging handle. Very light and shoots great.
