JC Higgins Model 20 12ga Shotgun

Priced dropped to ~~$275~~ now ~~$250 $225~~ Now $200 This was from an estate and came from the original owner. Yes this appears to be the "factory" case for the shotgun. Case has a JC Higgins metal tag on it. It is well loved and probably a primary shotgun for many hunts over many years. Everything appears in order, but I have not shot it. Please take a peek at the wear and tear in the pics and ask for more if you would like. It has what I think is the power pack choke on the barrel and even has two more in the case. I have not checked to see which chokes are there. Feels like this thing is built like a tank and hear they were originally sold through Sears like many older firearms. Happy to drop this off at an FFL reasonable distance to SWWA/NWOR for transfer.

Those are some of the slickest actions in the pump gun world. Some were slam fire capable ala model 12 winchester. The case and the choke tubes are a great addition!
I also believe you're correct about these being sold through Sears & Roebuck. Manufactured by High Standard for them.
My Mom bought one for my Dad on their first wedding anniversary. It was recommended to her by a couple of Dad's hunting buddies as the best value in a 12 ga pump gun. They were meant to compete with the win model 12, and that they did! Not much as far as collector value, but everyone who owns them, loves them.

I am in mount Vernon Wa.. I can head your way Sunday afternoon 1700~ or Monday. I fly out for Florida Tuesday for a few days... if cannot meet before I can mail cash. And pu after 11/10 when back.
