Jamaican Jerked Chicken mon...

    Jamaican Jerked Chicken mon

    4.5lb chicken .88 per pound $4
    Spices $2
    Stuffing $1
    Corn $2

    Total $9

    I cut the chicken and marinate it over night. While chicken is cooking I put the left over marinade in a pan with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and reduce it over high heat until it becomes a glaze. Then brush chicken with glaze while chicken is cooking.

    So when is the NWFA bbq and are you cooking. That looks deliceous. I made teriyaki chicken with sauted zuccinni and onions but I fail for no pics.
